Recipe Introduction
Imagine eating a Liquid Cheeseburger
List of Ingredients
- 1.5 to 2 Lbs Hamburger
- 1 Medium Onion - Finely Diced
- 2 cans Chedder Cheese Soup - plus 2 cans Water
- 1 large Velvetta - Cubed
- 1.5 Qts Half and Half
- 1.5 Qts Water
- 1 Med Head Iceberg Lettuce - Coursely Chopped
- 7-8 Roma Tomatoes - Diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Half Stick Butter
Instructions
- In a large Pot melt butter and saute Onion until soft and translucent. Add Hamburger and Brown.
- Once Saute is done add the Chedder Cheese soup along with 2 cans of water, bring to a simmer and add the cubed Velvetta. Bring back to simmer and add the Half and half and water, stiring constantly. Bring back to a simmer.
- Once back at simmer season to taste with the salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add the lettuce and tomato, stiring them into the soup, just before serving.
- Garnish Ideas:
Relish, diced avacado, raw onion, chopped bacon, diced dill pickle or whatever you like on a Cheeseburger.
