List of Ingredients



• 3 c. plain flour
  
• 2 c. sugar
  
• 1 tsp soda
  
• 1 tsp cinnamon
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1 1/2 c. oil
  
• 1 8oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
  
• 2 c.pecan chopped and divided
  
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  
• 2 c. banana sliced
  






Instructions



1. mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. add eggs and oil stirring only til dry ingrendients are moist.stir in pinapple,banana and one cup of nuts. lightly mix vanilla into mix.gently spoon into 2 greased and flour pans. bake at 350 for 30 -35 mins. cool and ice with cream cheese icing
