    Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

    4 oz cream cheese
    1 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 can (15-oz) pumkpin
    3/4 cup cold milk
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 ready made graham pie crust
    2 packages (4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling

    Whisk together cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk and sugar in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. Beat 3/4 cup milk, pudding mix and spice in large bowl with wire whisk for 1 minute. Whisk in pumpkin (mixture will be thick)
    carefullly spread over cream cheese layer. refigerate at least 4 hours or until set

    8 servings
