Recipe Introduction
I think this was my Dad's favorite part of having Chinese food for supper! Mom would usually have enough rice left to make this sweet treat ( It might have been the only part of the dinner he did like!!)
List of Ingredients
- 2 C cooked rice
- 4 C Milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 to 3/4 C sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 to 1 C raisins ( or as many as you like)
Instructions
- Heat milk a little. Stir in lightly beaten eggs add sugar, vanilla and rice and bake at 350 for 1 hour
