    This sald is really pretty if you make it in a large clear bowl! And it tastes just as good as it looks!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Head shredded lettuce
    • 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    • 10-oz pkg frozen peas
    • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
    • 8 eggs, hard-boiled,peeled and chopped
    • 2 C Sour Cream
    • 2 C Mayonaise
    • 1-oz pkg ranch salad dressing mix


    Instructions


    1. Layer lettuce, bacon, peas, onions and eggs in a lg. clear bowl or 9X13 pan. Mix together sour cream, mayo., and dressing mix and pour over salad.


    Final Comments


    This is always a favorite at any pot luck dinner and it disappears quickly!
