Savory Orange Sauce

2 tbls butter or margarine
1 tbls finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine butter, onion and ginger. Cover with lid and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes
or until onion is tender.
Stir in soup until smooth. Stir in orange peel and juice and mix well. Cover again and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until
hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Serve with vegetables, duck, chicken or fish.
