Procedures
1.In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon
oil; cook beef until browned, stirring often.
2.Remove.
3.Reduce heat to medium.
4.In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until
tender-crisp.
5.Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
6.Heat to boiling.
7.Return beef to skillet.
8.Heat through, stirring often.
9.Serve over rice.
