    Banana Bread

    List of Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups mashed bananas
    4 eggs slightly beaten
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe

    Combine butter,sugar,eggs and bananas.Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts.Pour into two 8x4 loaf pans.Bake 350 for 1 hr.
