Chocolate Macaroon Cake

List of Ingredients

Cake:

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg,beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil

Filling:

1 egg white
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 Tbsp flour



Recipe

For cake: Mix together all ingredients.
For filling: Beat egg white until frothy.Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.Add coconut and flour.

Put half of cake batter into a 9 inch pan.Spoon filling on top and add rest of batter over it.Bake 350 for 40 minutes.Chocolate chips can be added to filling.
