2 cups blueberries
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
Recipe
Put blueberries and lemon juice in a 9 inch deep dish.Mix together flour,3/4 cup sugar,baking powder and salt.Beat in milk,egg,melted butter and vanilla.Spread batter over blueberries.Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and sprinkle over batter.Pour boiling water over all (do not stir).Bake 350 for about 45-50 minutes.
