List of Ingredients
2 cups pineapple-orange juice
1 - 12.3 oz. pkg Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
3/4 cup banana slices
1 cup mango, peeled/seeded/slices (about 1 large mango)
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice
2 Tbsp. all-fruit apricot jam
dash each of cinnamon and nutmegRecipe
Pour juice into blender followed by tofu, fruit, and jam. Blend until smooth. Keeps well in refrigerator for up to 4 days in air-tight container.
