    This is delicious and diabetic friendly.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups apple slices
    ¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup oatmeal
    ½ tsp. cinnamon
    Freshly ground nutmeg
    ¼ cup butter, softened

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 4 ½-cup ramekins with nonstick cooking spray; place apples in. Mix together remaining ingredients with a pastry blender. Place on top of apples. Bake for 20 minutes, or until apples are done.

    Yield: 4 servings
