    Rhubarb Crisp (Diabetic Friendly)

    This delicious crisp flavor tastes just like the full of sugar counterpart.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups rhubarb
    ¾ cup Splenda
    1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    ½ cup flour
    ½ cup oatmeal
    ½ tsp. cinnamon
    ½ tsp. nutmeg, optional
    1/3 cup butter, softened

    Recipe



    Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix the rhubarb and Splenda together in a bowl. Spray an 8x8” square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour rhubarb into baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Crumble on top of the rhubarb. Bake until topping is golden brown and rhubarb is tender, about 30 minutes.
