Mexican Chicken Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. (4) chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbls. butter
2 chicken buillon cubes
1 cup hot water
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cups half & half
2 cups (8 oz.) monterey jack cheese (shredded)
1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
4 oz. chopped green chilis with juice
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 can diced tomatos (strained)
Recipe
Cut chicken into pieces, cook in microwave. put butter in pan, add onion, garlic, cook until done. Add chicken with juices, buillion cubes, water and cumin. Boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Add creamed corn, chilis, half & half, cheese, hot sauce, and tomatos. When cheese melts and it thickens up, it's ready to eat!
