Hearty Potato Cheese Sausage Soup

List of Ingredients
6 cups diced Potaotes
1 cup Onions
1 cup sliced Carrots
1 cup sliced Celery
3 cups Water
3 Chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Salt
1 pkg Hot Beef Sausages or
Smoked Sausages
16 oz. carton Sour Cream with Chives
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese
2 Tbls. Flour
3 cups Milk
Recipe
Combine potatoes, onion, celery,carrots,
salt, water, bouillon cubes, and Sausage
in large pot. Simmer about 20 min.or until
veggies are tender. Add 2 cups milk
to hot mixture. In large bowl blend
sour cream and chives, flour and
remaining milk. Add cheese to hot
mixture stir until melted. Pour sour
cream mixture into soup and stir over
low heat until mixture thickens.
serve with toasted bread.
