List of Ingredients
- 18.25 oz Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
- 10 fl oz Minute Maid Diet Orange Soda
- 2 egg white(s)
- 6 oz sugar-free orange Jell-O (2 pkgs.)
- 3 1/2 oz fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Mix together cake mix, soda & egg whites and pour into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake as directed on box. When done, use a meat fork to poke holes across the top of the entire cake. Allow cake to cool. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 box Jell-O; 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup cold water. Pour over top of cake. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Mix remaining box of Jell-O, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla together. Beat well. Fold whipped topping into this mixture, and spread on top of cake. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
