Easy Cheese Ball

Recipe Introduction

I inherited this recipe from a friend and now it's a holiday favorite around our house.

List of Ingredients

2 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (8-oz) pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 green and/or red pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
dash or two of Tobasco sauce (to taste)
chopped pecans


Recipe

In an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir in other ingredients except for the pecans. Chill overnight. Roll into a ball and roll the ball into chopped pecans until covered. Serve with crackers.
