Pineapple Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients

2 (8-oz) pkgs cream cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped (approximately 1/4 c)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c pecans, chopped
pepper and garlic salt to taste




Recipe

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and form into a ball. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers. (Ball can be rolled in additional chopped pecans, approximately 1 cup.)
