Recipe Introduction
Now you can have fresh salsa - year round! I never have time to make stuff fresh, especially salsa that I can by in a jar, but this is so incredibly quick and easy. I make it all the time and it is a real crowd pleaser!
List of Ingredients
1 (28-oz) can of whole tomatoes, drained
1 small red onion
1 serrano chile (can be found in any grocery store)
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
2 limes, juiced
1/2 c cilantro fresh leaves, chopped
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Recipe
Mix in blender and chill 2 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
