Applesauce Muffins

List of Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 c applesauce
1 tsp baking soda


Recipe

Cream together: butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Sift and add: flour, ground cloves cinnamon and allspice. Combine and add: applesauce and baking soda. Mix well. Grease and flour tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for large muffins or 8-10 muffins for small.
