2 eggs
1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
1 c lemon yogurt
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp lemon peel
1 c blueberries
Recipe
Beat eggs, margarine, and sugar. Stir in lemon yogurt, flour, baking powder,baking soda,lemon peel and blueberries. Grease and flour baking tins. Bake at 370 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Makes 16-18 muffins.
