    Cream Puff Cake

    Can be a good sugar-free dessert, too.

    List of Ingredients

    1 c water
    1 stick butter
    1 c flour
    4 eggs
    8-oz cream cheese
    1/2 c milk
    2 family-sized instant puddings (any flavor)
    3 1/2 c milk
    1 tub of Cool Chip

    Recipe

    Crust instructions--Boil 1 cup water and 1 stick butter. Pour slowly over 1 cup flour and beat into a ball. Add 4 eggs one at a time beating smooth after each one. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown. Cool.
    Filling--Soften cream cheese and add a half cup of milk; beat until smooth. Add 2 family-sized instant pudding mixes plus three and a half cups of milk. Beat until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and allow to set. Spread with an 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip.
