Recipe Introduction

This twist on a holiday favorite is wonderful with a dollop of whipped cream on top!

List of Ingredients

2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
2 tsp soda dissolved in a small amount of water (4 or 5 drops)
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 can pumpkin pie filling



Recipe

Mix the first four ingredients then add the next five ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. You can top this with cream cheese frosting as well! Yum!
