The kids won't believe that there is cabbage in it!

List of Ingredients

1 lb ground sirloin
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c coleslaw mix
1 (8-oz) pkg Pepper Jack cheese, grated
2 cans crescent rolls


Recipe

Place 1 can crescents in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 10 minutes. Brown beef, then add onion. Cook until onions are tender. Drain fat. Add cabbage, cook 5 minutes. Turn off stove and add cheese. Spread on top of crescents in pan. Cover with remaining can of crescents. Bake 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. We like this served with cooked apples or applesauce.
