This is an easy dish that I always enjoy when I am missing my hometown of Chicago.
List of Ingredients
3 1/2 lb rump roast
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
1 can beef consomme
1 Tbsp mild Giardiniera peppers
Recipe
Put roast, consomme, dressing and peppers in crock pot. When roast is done, shred into pieces and let simmer. Serve on crusty Italian rolls and Giardiniera peppers on top.
