List of Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves(thawed)
1 medium onion, chopped
sliced mushrooms, optional
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c milk
1 Tbsp Dijon style mustard
Recipe
In skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in 1-2 Tbsp butter. Set aside. Brown chicken breasts in 1-2 Tbsp butter. Remove from skillet. Combine cream of mushroom soup, milk and mustard in the skillet. Add the chicken and onions and mushrooms, heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cover. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve with noodles or rice.
