    Crescent Lasagna

    List of Ingredients

    2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1 lb ground beef
    onions and oregano, to taste
    1 (26-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c cottage cheese
    1 egg
    2 c Italian blend cheese, shredded

    Recipe

    Brown ground beef with onion and oregano. Drain greese. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer on low for 3 minutes. Mix the cottage cheese, egg and 1 cup of the shredded cheese in a small bowl to make the cheese filling. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with oil and lay out one of the cans of cresents in the bottom of the pan. Layer ingredients as follows: 1/2 meat mixture, all of the cheese filling, 1/2 meat mixture and then sprinkle the remaing cup of Italian cheese blend over cheese mixture and top with remaining can of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
