    Pour-A-Pan Pizza

    Source of Recipe

    Jaime Hutchinson - mom of Sam Hutchinson - 1st - Read/Sanborn

    Recipe Introduction

This is quick and easy. You don't have to mess with a crust and toppings - it's all one and the same! My kids love this!

    List of Ingredients

    1 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2/3 c milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Any pizza toppings your family likes
    1 c pizza sauce
    2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Recipe

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in milk and eggs. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle your pizza toppings (cook hamburger or sausage first if those are one of your toppings) over the crust, saving the cheese and sauce until later. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings
