Sheppard's Pie

List of Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 onion
2 eggs
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
9 t dried or fresh parsley flakes
1/2 t salt
pepper
1 c grated cheddar cheese
6 potatoes, cooked, mashed with milk, butter, salt, pepper
Recipe
Mix 1 c soup, beef, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Press meat mixture into 9" pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Frost with potatoes, top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. Serves 6.
