Sweet and Sticky Baked Chicken

List of Ingredients

1 cut up chicken (or a package of legs or thighs), bone-in
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 c soy sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 c honey
1 clove minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste




Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Put everything else in a bowl and wisk together. Pour over chicken. Bake for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized. A couple of times during cooking, spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.
