List of Ingredients

1 lb ground beef/turkey
1 can chili beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
1 c corn (optional)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix


Recipe

Prepare ground beef/turkey on stove top adding chili beans, taco seasoning, tomato sauce and corn until simmering. Remove from stove top and pour into a 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Prepare corn muffin mix according to the instructions on the box. Pour muffin mix over the meat mixture and bake at 400 degrees until corn muffin mix is lightly browned, about 13-15 minutes.
