Baked Chicken Salad

Dressing:
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp dijon mayonnaise
4 c cubed cooked chicken
2 c thinly sliced celery
1 c halved red seedless grapes
1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits
8-oz (1 c) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c plain bread crumbs
1 tsp margarine or butter melted
1/2 c sliced almonds
Recipe
Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple and half of the cheese; toss gently to mix. Pour dressing over chicken mixture, mix gently. Spoon evenly into sprayed baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining cheese, bread crumbs and margarine, mix well. Sprinkle over chicken mixture. Top with almonds. Bake 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 10.
