Baked French Onion Rice

1 c long-cooking rice, uncooked
1 (14 1/2-oz) can beef broth
1 (10 1/2-oz) can French onion soup
1 (4-oz) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1/4 c margarine
Recipe
Place rice into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish; add beef broth, soup and mushroom pieces, stirring well. Dot with margarine; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
