    Baked Macaroni and Cheese

    A kid favorite everywhere!

    List of Ingredients

    2 c uncooked pasta
    4-oz Monterrey Jack, cubed
    4-oz sharp Cheddar, cubed
    1/2 c grated Parmesan
    1 can (12-oz) evaporated milk
    1 c milk
    salt and pepper

    Recipe

    Cook pasta. Rinse and drain. Layer 1/3 pasta, 1/3 cheeses in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Repeat twice. Top with parmesan; pour evaporated milk over the top; pour 1 cup milk around the edges of casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
