    Butter Balls (for soup)

    Sherri Fisher - mom of Merideth Fisher - 3rd - Irick

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 c butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c flour
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe

    Cream butter, add egg and blend. Mix with flour and salt. Chill several hours. Form into marble size balls (makes about 16). Drop into simmering vegetable beef soup. It is also good in chicken noodle soup. Cover and simmer, unattended, for 10 minutes.
