1 c sour cream
1 c creamed corn
2 eggs
1 Jiffy corn bread mix


Recipe

Bake in 10 1/2 x 7 inch flat glass Pyrex dish at medium power in microwave for 20 minutes covered with plastic wrap. Uncover and cook 10 additional minutes. (If baking in oven, cook 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.)
