    Crunchy Chicken Salad

    Jama Bales - Kindergarten teacher and mom of Antonio Bales - 3rd - Scholfield

    List of Ingredients

    5 c cooked chicken pieces (see note)
    1 c celery, chopped
    1 (8-oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c pineapple tidbits
    1 c seedless grapes, halved
    Dressing:
    1 c mayonnaise-style salad dressing
    1 c sour cream
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    Tomato or fresh fruit for optional garnish


    Recipe

    Combine first five ingredients. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Stir dressing into chicken mixture. Garnish and serve. Note: I use 3 (13-oz) cans of chicken.
