Feathered Corn

List of Ingredients
2 cans shoe peg corn (Green Giant Brand)
1 can diced green chilies
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 c grated chedder cheese
Recipe
Soften the butter and cream cheese until you can whip it easily. Add green chilis. Drain the corn and add to the mixture and mix well. Pour into a buttered 8 x 9 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and add the grated cheese. Return to oven for another 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
*This dish goes well with any type of meat. If serving for a large crowd, double the recipe and use a larger baking dish.
