Recipe Introduction

This is very similar to the garlic salad at Doc's Steakhouse!

List of Ingredients

1 head lettuce
4 stalks celery
1 large carrot
3/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
Paprika




Recipe

Grate vegetables in food processor; drain well. Mix rest of ingredients together and stir into vegetable mixture. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours prior to serving to let flavors blend.
