List of Ingredients
1 (32-oz) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8-oz) sour cream
1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c melted margarine
2 c milk
2 Tbsp onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 c cornflakes
1/4 c melted margarine
Recipe
Combine potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, 1/3 cup margarine, milk, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Toss the cornflakes with 1/4 cup of margarine in a separate bowl. Spread the potato mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle the cornflakes over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. These are great for potluck dinners!
