    Pistachio Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 box (4 serving) instant pistacho pudding
    1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple with juices
    1/2 c miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    1 (9-oz) container cool whipped topping, thawed

    Recipe

    Mix pudding mix with the pineapple and juice. Fold in the marshmallows, pecans and cool whip. Chill thoroughly before serving. Makes 6 serving.
