    Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    32-oz bag frozen hash browns
    1 c butter (melted)
    1 t salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2 c corn flakes
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 lb sour cream

    Recipe

    Combine ingredients except for 1/2 cup of butter and corn flakes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine butter and corn flakes, add on top of potato mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until it browns a little on top.
