Spicy Jack Rice & Broccoli with Cheese

2 c (8-oz) Uncle Ben's Boil in Bag Rice
2 c chopped frozen or fresh broccoli
2 c (8-oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2 c (8-oz) shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 can (15-oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (12-oz) Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese divided
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp bread crumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter casserole dish. Cook rice in bag. Use cooking directions, adding broccoli to rice for at least 3 minutes of cooking time, drain. Combine rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in large bowl. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Combine remaining Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle over rice mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
