    List of Ingredients




    3 1/2 c self rising flour
    1/3 c sugar
    12 oz beer
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c cheddar cheese
    non-stick cooking spray

    Recipe




    Pre-heat oven to 350 deg.
    Spray aluminum loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    Mix all ingredients and pour in loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hr. Done when bread sounds hollow when thumped.
