HOT CHICKEN SALAD

List of Ingredients
- 4 c diced cooked chicken
- 2 c chopped or thinly sliced celery
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 3 c mayonnaise
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 tsp grated onion
- 1 c slivered almonds
- 1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c finely crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together except cheese and potato chips. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top of salad. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
