    HOT CHICKEN SALAD

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 c diced cooked chicken
    • 2 c chopped or thinly sliced celery
    • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    • 2 small cans mushrooms
    • 3 c mayonnaise
    • 3 tsp lemon juice
    • 1-1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 4 tsp grated onion
    • 1 c slivered almonds
    • 1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 2 c finely crushed potato chips


    Instructions


    1. Toss all ingredients together except cheese and potato chips. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top of salad. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
