- 9" graham cracker crumb crust
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese (can use Neufchatel)
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 15 oz. can of sliced or chopped peaches in heavy syrup
- A couple Almond Biscotti cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and whipped topping together and put it in the crust.
- Place the peaches all over the top and drizzle a little of the heavy syrup over it. If you like a really heavy syrup consistency you can mix some corn starch with the syrup to thicken it.
- Put in the refrigerator to chill.
- Sprinkle the crushed almond biscotti cookies over top at serving time. If you know you are not going to eat the whole pie, just sprinkle the biscotti over each slice as served.
