    5-Ingredient Pesto Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (you can use other parts of the chicken if you prefer)
    • 1 c, store-bought pesto sauce
    • 1 large tomato, sliced
    • Extra-virgin olive oil, for sprinkling
    • 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.
    2. In a glass pan, add the chicken breasts
    3. Spread the pesto sauce on top of each one.
    4. Top with the tomato slices.
    5. Sprinkle with a few drips of olive oil.
    6. Top with the shredded mozarella cheese.
    7. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted, about 20-25 min. Serve
