5-Ingredient Pesto Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (you can use other parts of the chicken if you prefer)
- 1 c, store-bought pesto sauce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for sprinkling
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 deg.
- In a glass pan, add the chicken breasts
- Spread the pesto sauce on top of each one.
- Top with the tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with a few drips of olive oil.
- Top with the shredded mozarella cheese.
- Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted, about 20-25 min. Serve
