    List of Ingredients


    • 4 c. diced cooked chicken
    • 2 c. chopped or thinly sliced celery
    • 2 small cans mushrooms
    • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    • 3 c, mayo
    • 3 tsp. lemon juice
    • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 4 tsp. grated onions
    • 1 c. slivered almonds
    • 1 c, grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 2 c, finely crushed potato chips


    Instructions


    1. Toss all ingredients (except topping).
    2. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
    3. Sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top.
    4. Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees.
