Hot Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 c. chopped or thinly sliced celery
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 3 c, mayo
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. grated onions
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c, grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 c, finely crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients (except topping).
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top.
- Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees.
