CUCUMBER SALAD (GURKENSALAT)

- 3 large cucumbers, peeled & sliced very thin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. sour cream (1/2 pint)
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (or 1 tsp of dried)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place sliced cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let sit while making sauce.
- Combine sour cream and vinegar. Add onions, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Drain accumulated liquid from the cucumber slices. Pour sour cream mixture over them and stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
