    Recipe Introduction


    Even though this is not a favorite of mine, it is probably the most frequently requested recipe of mine.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
    • 1 carton (8-9 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping such as Cool Whip
    • 1 can (16 or 20 oz.) crushed pineapple packed in syrup, drained
    • 1 c miniature marshmallows
    • 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Fold dry pudding mix into whipped topping in medium-sized bowl. Add the drained pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Mix well. Put in loaf pan. Chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.
